The Joe Campbell Service Day on Monday, February 8, will give both upper and middle school students the opportunity to go out in to the greater Nashville-Franklin community and participation in a wide assortment of service projects.  Students will visit nursing homes, day care centers, schools, and nonprofit organizations as well as working with Helping Hands on various projects.

 

Tonight is opening night for the middle school production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, a play adapted from the C.S. Lewis classic.  The performance begins at 7PM and will also be presented on Saturday, February 6 at 7PM and Sunday, February 7, at 2PM.  Tickets may be purchased at the door for $8.  The play is directed by faculty member Jenifferlee Dake.

 

Upper School girls have the opportunity to participate in a new physical education class called Zumba.  It is a Latin cardio dance class whose basic moves are salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton.   The class is taught by faculty member Melanie Dotson.

 

Congratulations to the BA varsity swim time for winning the Middle Tennessee High School Swim Association Division II Championship.  The team is coach by faculty member Jim Chapman.
